Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service to all or our clients.  Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.

One-time services:

  • Refunds are available for one-time service bookings if the cancellation is made at

       least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

​​

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the

      scheduled service time.

​​​

Missed appointments or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

 

​Monthly Plans:

​

  • Once the first cleaning has been completed under a monthly plan, no refunds will be provided for that billing cycle.

​​

  • Customers can cancel their monthly plan at any time.  If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month.

​​
